Le bok choy ne met que 45 jours pour arriver à maturité, vous pouvez donc profiter de vos légumes verts à feuilles relativement rapidement après les avoir plantés. Récoltez le bok choy avant l'arrivée des grosses chaleurs, car celles-ci feront monter les graines très rapidement. Le bok choy est prêt à être récolté lorsqu'il atteint une hauteur de 30 à 45 cm.
