Cress Curled Peppergrass (Lepidium sativum) is a fast-growing, historic heirloom green cherished for its deeply cut, feathery, ruffled foliage and lively, peppery flavor. Producing compact, mound-forming plants reaching 6 to 12 inches in height, it yields an abundance of crisp, intricate leaves with a delightful tang similar to watercress or horseradish. Exceptionally quick to mature, it can be harvested as microgreens in as little as 10 days or as full baby leaves in 20 to 30 days.
