Description
Lettuce Crisp Mint (Lactuca sativa) is a distinctive, high-performing heirloom romaine variety prized for its unique, deeply puckered foliage that closely resembles giant mint leaves. Producing upright, compact heads reaching 10 to 12 inches tall, it features rich, dark green, heavily savoyed outer leaves protecting a tender, pale green heart. Delivering an extraordinary combination of juicy crispness and sweet, refreshing, non-bitter flavor, Crisp Mint is exceptionally heat-tolerant and bolt-resistant, making it a standout favorite for summer Caesar salads, wraps, and continuous garden harvests.
