Description
Jack o' Lantern Pumpkin (Cucurbita pepo) is the classic American heirloom pumpkin bred specifically to create the ultimate Halloween carving decorations. Producing uniform, round-to-slightly-oblong fruits weighing 10–18 pounds, it features bright orange rinds with shallow ribbing and sturdy, dark green handles. With its thin walls that carve easily and sweet, medium-thick flesh that makes delicious pumpkin pies, soups, and roasted seeds, this festive favorite brings autumn charm to garden patches.
