    Description

Radish 'Sparkler' (Raphanus sativus), also known as Sparkler White Tip, is a cherished open-pollinated heirloom celebrated for its eye-catching bicolor appearance and sweet, mild crunch. It produces perfectly round, smooth globes measuring 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, featuring a vibrant scarlet-red top half that transitions sharply to a clean, snow-white bottom tip. Inside, the solid white flesh is crisp, juicy, and exceptionally sweet, with very little heat. Maturing in just 25 to 28 days, Sparkler is a reliable performer for early spring garden rows, autumn succession plantings, raised beds, and children's garden projects.

    • Rapid maturity window (~25 days) allows fast crop turnover, ideal for interplanting between long-season crops
