Description
Bloomsdale Long Standing Spinach (Spinacia oleracea) is the classic, heavy-yielding heirloom standard cherished by home gardeners and commercial growers alike. Featuring dark green, thick, heavily crinkled (savoyed) leaves, it delivers a rich, nutty flavor that is exceptional for fresh salads, steaming, sautéing, or freezing. Famous for its excellent cold hardiness and slow-to-bolt habit, it holds up far better against summer heat than other heirloom spinach varieties.
