Description
Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) is a historic, woody perennial heirloom renowned for its silvery-grey, lace-like foliage and intense, bitter-aromatic scent. Traditionally utilized as a key botanical in classic herbal preparations and spirits such as absinthe and vermouth, it forms a striking, bushy shrub in the garden. Its distinctive foliage offers exceptional ornamental contrast against green-leaved plants, while its strong natural oils serve as a natural pest deterrent throughout garden borders.
